Am I entitled to compensation?
You may be entitled to compensation if you have been injured in an accident in the last 3 years that was a fault of some one else. We deal with claims for injuries suffered as a result of many types of accidents and would be pleased to have a claim for compensation assessed for you absolutely free of charge.

What can I claim for?
A compensation claim can be made for pain and suffering, loss of income, damaged possessions and any other financial losses incurred directly due to that accident

What types of accident claims do you deal with?
We deal with most types of accident claims, including:
Road Traffic Accidents
Work Accidents
Slips, Trips and Falls
And other types of accidents

How much compensation am I entitled to?
Every personal injury claim is different. The amount of compensation awarded depends upon a number of factors, including pain and suffering, the effect upon your normal day to day life financial losses, for example loss of earnings and expenses that you have incurred because of the accident or may incur in the future.
Every claim is individual and your solicitor would be pleased to offer further advice once he has had a chance to consider your claim.

What is a no win no fee?
If your solicitor believes that your claim has a reasonable chance of success, he will offer to accept it. He will enter into an agreement with you whereby there will be no charges payable by you. If your claim is successful your solicitor will claim your compensation and also his costs from the insurance company of the person or organisation who is responsible for your accident.
You would therefore keep 100% of your compensation.
Your solicitor will work for you on a no win, no fee* basis. This means that if your claim should fail, you pay nothing. Therefore, win or lose, there will be no charges payable by you.

How long would my claim take?
Many claims, particularly road traffic accident claims, can be settled within a few months. Severe injury claims generally take longer. It is in everyone's interest to process your claim without delay. Your solicitor will be able to advice on your individual claim.

Do I have to visit my solicitor?
No, your appointed firm of solicitors will deal with your claim by telephone and in writing. Your solicitor and legal representatives will be there to guide and advise you and will do all they can to obtain the best settlement for you. Your solicitor can arrange for an agent to visit you at home if required.

What is expected from me?
You will be expected to co-operate with your solicitor and provide information to him when requested. Do not do anything to delay or prejudice your claim.
Your solicitor and legal representatives will be there to advise and guide you through the claim process and make the process of claiming compensation as straight forward as possible.

Will I have lots of paperwork to deal with?
No, your solicitor will try to make claiming compensation as worry free and hassle free as possible, he will be able to do most of the paperwork for you.
